    General Manager

    Francois Requier is a veteran in the spa and wellness industry with international and domestic experience spanning over 20 years. He holds a masters degree in Economics and International Finance from the University of Birmingham in the UK. As the managing director of operations in the United States, he contributes to the planning and execution of our goals and forecasts our future in the industry. Francois is a proven leader and project manager, and he thrives as the director of a national corporation due to his superior commitment to customer service—often going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Laurie Krebs

    National Account Representative

    As our National Account Representative, Laurie Krebs is recognized as a leader in our organization. Laurie works locally in the Midwest, but services clients across the United States. She is an ever-present member of our team at tradeshows and events throughout the country. Her exemplary customer service skills and unfailing passion for her clients’ accomplishments have proven to be the cornerstone of her success. She believes knowledge is power, and she strives every day to learn and grow within the skin care industry.

  • Ben Hollandsworth

    National Accounts Executive (South)

    With over 8 years of experience in Project Management & Business Development as well as Product Development & Marketing for spa equipment, Ben Hollandsworth brings a variety of skills and expertise to the Silhouet-Tone team. Ben has procured, managed and marketed for over 125 spa equipment manufacturers and is well versed in the available options on the market today. His experience includes management of purchasing and procurement for major cruise lines and franchises. He has consulted and managed opening orders and has overseen the design and implementation of special amenities for award winning Hotel Resort Destinations and Day Spas. Ben’s attention to detail and commitment to his clients’ success has earned him recognition as an experienced voice in the Spa Equipment Industry.

    Florida Account Representative

    As our new Florida Account Representative, Ashley has a wealth of knowledge in the spa industry working in management and operations as well as sales and marketing. Ashley has earned respect and rapport with many of her peers. Ashley has worked directly with spa Owners and Directors within five-star resorts, hotel spas, medispas, day spas and dermatology offices. Her passion is more precisely to help decision makers adhere to their budgets, implement strategies and create differentiation to reach higher success. Exceptional support, customer service and attentiveness are among her many attributes.
  • Vickey Panos

    Electrolysis Expert

    Vickey Panos has recently joined our team here in Florida to provide skill specific customer support along with direct access to information for our valued and potential clientele. With over 20 years of experience in practicing, training and education within the Esthetics and Electrolysis industries, her knowledge is a true asset. Vickey`s background as an owner of a Private Career College, Curriculum Developer and Professor at Seneca College in Ontario, Canada is the reason we are fortunate to have her here with us!

    Warehouse Manager

    Joseph Reyes is a Miami native and a crucial member of the Silhouet-Tone team. With over 4 years in our organization and a background in shipping and logistics, his skill set has become universal. In the past his behind-the-scenes work included assembling our equipment and furniture, assisting in repair operations, and marshaling the efforts behind our trade-show displays, but Joseph has recently taken on a new role in our warehouse department. With a passion for barbering, you might also find him giving our team fresh cuts in the after-hours!

    Repair Technician

    Devany Galue is one of our most knowledgeable staff members with the ability to repair and maintain our entire line of equipment. With a degree from ITT Tech in Miami, Florida and extensive training with the Silhouet-Tone chief repair operation, his skills are invaluable to our team. Devany is a responsible individual with an outstanding work ethic.

    After Sales Service Coordinator

    Rosellen Gaffney has been an employee of Silhouet-Tone since 2008. Working remotely from Vermont, Rosy has become an authority in our organization. Rosy possesses an extensive customer service background that began in 1988, and her professionalism shines through in her interactions with customers. Her current role entails helping our clients in areas such as troubleshooting and repairs, and she works hard to ensure that clients have the best possible experience when dealing with service issues by minimizing inconveniences and restoring units as quickly as possible.

    Jarvis oversees all daily shipping and receiving in the Silhouet-Tone USA headquarters. Once your order or RA is processed, Jarvis arranges for timely and efficient delivery of your parcel and freight items. His number one goal is to deliver the highest quality shipments to our clientele. Jarvis is recognized in our organization as a reliable team member who promotes a thoughtful and deliberate work flow in our supply chain.
